Information about standard shipping and returns

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is USPS with larger/heavier items potentially requiring UPS.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description or custom requests are made.
  • Orders received on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders over $55.00 qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders less than $55.00 have a flat shipping rate of $5.95.
  • Items are shipped on business days (Mon-Fri), using USPS.
  • We can use UPS as an alternate carrier, but arrangements should be made prior to placing an order.  Additional shipping charges may incur.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.  We recommend placing an order at least 2 weeks prior to the date needed.
  • If you are needing something shipped within a specific timeline or window, we do everything we can to accommodate that, but there are shipping delays beyond our control.  Please contact us ahead of time and let us know if you are needing certain shipping dates or leaving for a trip.
  • Customers will receive a tracking email once the order is complete.
  • Please insure that you provide the correct shipping address.  We are not responsible for returned packages and there will a fee to re-ship items.  In case of refund, shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • We are just two people working out of a garage surrounded by corn fields and cattle and try to get things out as quick as we can.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted if the product has not been used, washed, or worn in any manner.
  • All strap sales are final. If there is a defective item (not from usage) we will happily replace it for one of the same specification.
  • If a return/exchange is needed, contact us and we will determine the next steps based on the situation and how to accurately complete your order.
  • If an item is exchanged it will be for an item of equal value.
  • All refunds will be for the full price of the transaction (minus shipping costs).
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees on returns to us and will not incur any additional shipping charges when new/exchanged item is resent.
